Order your 2010 C.A.S.U.A.L. Day pins and shirts


Once you have signed up as a team captain, you can order your C.A.S.U.A.L. Day materials by placing your order online or by calling the Northeast Regional Cancer Institute.

Please call the Cancer Institute at 941-7984 in Scranton or 970-6543 in Wilkes-Barre to place your order.


How do I order my C.A.S.U.A.L. Day supplies online?

Click on the link http://onepoint.onet.net/login3.html 

At the Online Ordering screen…

• Enter your Username (must be in lower case) - your first initial and last name (e.g. Bill Casual's username is bcasual)
  (Note – If you have difficulty signing in, please call the Cancer Institute.)
• Enter your Password (must be in lower case) - your password is casual
  (Note - All Team Captains will have the same password.)
• Click “Login” button
• Click "New Order" link at top of screen
• Enter an Order Number (Please enter the date of your order in mm/dd/yy format.)
• Your shipping information will automatically be entered.
• Click on "Casual Day Items" link on the left side of your screen.
• Order the items and quantities that you need to fill your Team's order.
• Click “Finish Order” to display and confirm your order.
  (Note - PrePaid amount indicates amount due to the Cancer Institute)
• Scroll down and click "Send" button after verifying order.

Orders will be emailed to the Cancer Institute for approval before being shipped during the designated dates.

Materials will be delivered between Wednesday, March 17th and Friday, March 19th.

The deadline for online ordering will be March 15th. Orders after this date can be placed by calling the Cancer Institute.


Collecting Payment

Return your money to the Cancer Institute by Wednesday, March 31st.
